- NEVER trust caller ID alone, as scammers can spoof phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
- Queenstown Bank will never ask you to send money, move funds, withdraw cash or buy an official check or gift cards to "protect" your account.
- If you receive a one-time access code you didn't request, do not use it and do not share it with anyone.
