Training Administrator - Queenstown

Responsible for training, coaching and developing bank employees in line with the Bank’s strategic plan and compliance requirements. Training responsibilities encompass content management, development, maintenance, design and delivery of training programs (orientation and ongoing training) and audit of training requirements. Coaching responsibilities encompass individual one-on-one coaching for skills development during the initial training period and supporting post-training coaching, as needed. Works closely with Management to support the on-going development of bank employees and is a key member of the Human Resources Team. The Training Administrator will identify and monitor training needs in the organization, and design, plan, and implement training programs to fulfill those needs.

Head Teller/CSR - Chester

Responsible for performing daily operations and supervision of the Tellers and Teller Line; managing the vault, ATM supply and monthly nonscheduled audits of the other Tellers; processing a variety of financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments; preparing daily settlements of teller cash and transactions according to branch procedures; greeting customers, delivering prompt and efficient service and providing information about bank products and services; following all required security procedures and policies; promoting business for the Bank by referring customers to appropriate staff for new services. Responsible for opening a variety of new accounts for customers including checking, IRA’s, CD’s; providing information and answering questions regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies; transfers

Teller/CSR - Floating

Responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits and loan payments; preparing daily settlements of teller cash; greeting customers, delivering prompt and efficient service; following all required security procedures and policies and promoting business for the Bank. Responsible for opening a variety of new accounts for customers including checking, IRA’s, CD’s; providing information and answering questions regarding interest rates, fees, and bank policies; transfers accounts for customers; making appropriate referrals to cross-sell a variety of bank services. Teller - Centreville
