For your information - Account Confirmation Notices are being mailed to customers that have been randomly selected for confirmation by our certified public accountants to verify our accounting practices. This is a standard accounting practice that is required by our accountants. Our firm is UHY LLP, Certified Public Accountants. Each notice is printed with the account information based on a certain date (usually the last statement date or balance as of the confirmation date). The account numbers have been masked (only the last 4 digits of the account number show) to provide a level of security to this process. If you receive this notice, you should check your records as well as your bank statement covering the date printed on the notice. Each notice has written instructions. If the balance on the notice does not match your records, please note the difference, and mail the confirmation back to UHY LLP, 955 Mt. Hermon Road, Salisbury, MD 21804.
