Why are we changing the hours?
We are responding to the way our customers are conducting transactions. We’ve seen a surge in online and mobile transactions and there has been a decline in transactions specifically in the times that we eliminated from our drive-thru hours.
Are lobby hours changing?
Only at the Main Office, Easton Branch and Ridgely Branch and the hours are being extended.
What if I have to make a deposit after you are closed?
Deposits can be made at each of our ATMs. A list of ATM locations can be found here. Each branch is also equipped with a Night Depository Box for your convenience.
What if I need to withdraw money after you are closed?
We offer a huge network of Surcharge Free ATM’s which you can withdraw money. All customers are now able to access, free of charge, all Queenstown Bank, The Peoples Bank, Provident State Bank and Money Pass ATMs. Download the MoneyPass App to show all the ATM’s around you.
